Sending out the welcome packet, client questionnaire, requesting files, contract, invoice, assigning checkpoints, and setting follow-ups. Once the required documents are returned and payment has been confirmed, it's time to get set up. 

This is the complete Setup phase to get the account ready to go. This includes: Admin Setup, Pinterest account setup, optimizing the Pinterest profile, pin template designs, Tailwind account setup, and the finalizing setup. Once the Setup is complete it's time to maintain the account. 

Weekly tasks are to maintain your Pinterest account marketing growth. This includes the following tasks: Tailwind communities, promoted pins, Pinterest messages, manual pins, and strategizing during a dip in results.  

Again, monthly tasks are also to help maintain your Pinterest account marketing growth. This includes the following tasks: pin designs, Tailwind scheduling, admin tasks, analytics, and smartloop results. 

This is for fresh content, updating accounts, organizing boards, and all that stuff we need to do here and there. This includes the following tasks: Pinterest templates, Pinterest updates, promoted pins, curating the home feed, Pinterest boards, and clean-up.
